My name is Prajwal, and I come from Chikmagalur, Karnataka. I completed my M.Com in Finance and initially worked in a finance-related job. If you want to begin, start today, not tomorrow. Don’t overthink the competition or job market. If you consistently practice and update your skills, opportunities will definitely come.

I work mainly in the service-based industry, although project types vary, sometimes operations, sometimes sales data, and at times retail-related analysis depending on client requirements. It is dynamic and exposes me to multiple business problems.

Very important. Interviewers frequently ask scenario-based questions they want to know how you think, not just what you memorize.

You must understand business context, interpret data, and explain how you will solve a problem. Hands-on practice is the key.

Q8. What is the typical entry-level salary for freshers in Data Analytics?

Entry salary varies by industry finance, insurance, and IT all differ. On average, freshers can expect a package between 4–6 LPA.

I personally learned from real-time work and seniors around me. If you’re a beginner, learn from your projects and ask questions. YouTube may help many learners, but practical exposure is the strongest teacher.
