Receptionists always play a major role in servicing walk-in customers, identifying their needs, and attending to them. They always serve as the face of an organization and demonstrate it’s service efficiency. Hospitality and customer service are the best parameters that determine an organization’s goodwill.
One of the Rubixe interns, Vishakha, came up with a project for AI Receptionist, wherein the communication was made possible with a virtual receptionist. Facial and Voice recognition is made possible through two major models namely NLP and Facial Recognition technology. It is constructed by using classifiers that facilitate in understanding the language of humans. We came up with a model that can greet humans, as they enter into the office, answer their queries, and provide practical assistance.
This type of model can be widely employed across businesses, where quality in services provided is a priority.
