REFUND POLICY

As per our terms and conditions, you agree to Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. 

  • The refund requests are processed as per the refund policy's terms and conditions stated below.
  • NO refunds will be issued after 6 months from the course enrolment date.

100% MONEY-BACK POLICY:

Terms for 100% Money-Back-Guarantee / Refund policy:

  • The candidate should raise the refund request within one week from Batch start date.
  • The candidate must have attended at least 2 training sessions during the first week.
  • The Money-Back-Guarantee scheme is not applicable if the self-learning candidate has accessed more than 30% of study material or training sessions.
  • The refund request should be sent to care@datamites.com from the candidate’s email, registered with DataMites.

We reserve the right to dispute this claim if we believe that you are exercising this offer based on false/unrealistic reasons.

EXAM BOOKING NO-REFUND:

Exam bookings through external certification bodies: IABAC NOT REFUNDABLE as the exam fee is not refunded by these organizations.Candidates registered with partial/full amount should take the exam within 6 months.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ON ALL MODES OF TRAINING:

DataMites, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training event or change the trainer/instructor, location of training because of insufficient enrollments, trainer/ instructor availability due to personal exceptions or force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, Storms, Country Political Situations, etc.

DATAMITES CANCELS TRAINING

  • Candidate can opt for 100% refund or enroll in the future batch. An email from candidate’s registered email is mandatory for either of the requests.

DUPLICATE PAYMENT REFUND:

  • An email request from candidate’s registered email can be made for refund of duplicate payment along with the payment proof.
  • The refund will be processed to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of email request.
